1. Scope

The General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as ''GTC'') apply to orders placed and contracts stipulated via the online shop of Adela Sagl.

8. Retention of ownership agreement

10. Delivery time

11. Right of return

14. Applicable law and competent court

The legal relationship between the online shop and the customers is a legal one. governed by Swiss law. The competent court for natural persons is Locarno or the customer's place of domicile. For juridical persons, the Court of Locarno has exclusive jurisdiction.
